Who handles your request

Seeen Studio is operated by Dain Wareing in the UK. For enquiries or privacy requests, email dain@seeen.uk.

What we collect and why

The enquiry form asks for your name, business, email, optional website and brief. We use these details to answer your request and, if you decide to proceed, arrange and deliver your price-list design. We don’t add you to a marketing list.

We process information to take steps at your request before a contract and to deliver any agreed service. We use limited technical information to protect the form against spam, based on our legitimate interest in keeping it working.

Where it is processed

The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare hosting and database services. These providers process the technical data needed to serve the website and store enquiries. When you email us, email service providers also process your message. Infrastructure may operate outside the UK; provider terms and safeguards apply. We use AI-assisted design tools for production. Please send only business content needed for your design, not customer records or sensitive personal information.

Storage and retention

Form enquiries are stored privately. The form also stores a changing hash of your network address for rate limiting, without saving the raw address in the enquiry database. Rate-limit records are cleared after expiry when the form is next used. Enquiry records expire after 30 days and are cleared when the form is next used; we also review records while handling requests. Messages and records needed for an agreed order may be kept separately for delivery, support and legal record-keeping.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use, or object where applicable. You may also have a right to data portability. Email dain@seeen.uk; we may need to verify your identity. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and payments

We don’t add advertising trackers or marketing analytics. The hosting platform may use technical cookies needed to provide its service. This website does not collect card details or take payment. Submitting an enquiry does not create an order. We confirm seller details, scope, payment arrangements and delivery terms in writing before an order is accepted.
