When do I pay?
Only after you approve the initial proof and agree the scope and delivery date. We send seller details and a payment request by email. The enquiry form doesn’t charge you. We don’t collect card details on this website.
What happens if I change my mind?
You can withdraw before approving the first proof without charge. Before payment, we confirm the order terms, revision scope and delivery date in writing. Any legal rights that apply remain unaffected.
Will it work with my brand?
Share your logo and preferred colours with the brief. We use your supplied text and prices and ask you to check them at proof stage. If your list needs more than one page or specialist print preparation, we’ll flag that before accepting the work.
